The Source
Two hundred years, measured in stone.

The aquifer
Rain falls on the Cape Fold mountains and disappears. It moves through fractured quartzite at a pace measured in decades, stripped of everything but the minerals the rock chooses to give back.
When it finally surfaces, it is naturally soft, low in sodium and balanced at pH 7.4 — a profile we protect by doing as little as possible. No ozonation. No remineralisation. No blending across sources.
Our bottling hall sits directly above the borehead. From aquifer to sealed bottle, the water travels less than forty metres and never meets the air.
