Terms & conditions
Last updated 2026. These terms govern your use of drinkvora.co.za and any order or subscription placed through it.
1. Supplier details (ECTA section 43)
Trading name: Vora Water (company registration in progress; registered name and number will be published here once issued). Nature of business: bottling and delivery of still natural spring water. Address: 40 Augrabies Street, Mooikloof, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. Website: drinkvora.co.za. Email: hello@drinkvora.co.za.
2. Orders and subscriptions
A subscription sets a recurring delivery at the interval you choose. You may pause, change the interval or quantity, or cancel at any time from your deliveries dashboard; changes apply to deliveries not yet dispatched.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown before you confirm. We will always confirm the amount payable before a subscription delivery is charged.
4. Delivery
We deliver nationwide within South Africa. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or events outside our control. Please make sure someone can receive the delivery at the address you give us.
5. Cooling-off, cancellation and returns (CPA)
Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery and return the goods unopened at your own cost for a refund of the purchase price.
Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 you may return goods that are defective, unsafe or not as described within 6 months for a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us and we will arrange collection.
6. Product information
Vora is still natural spring water bottled at source in recyclable PET. Mineral values published on the site are typical analyses and may vary naturally within regulated limits.
7. Your account
Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or to abuse the service.
8. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts or its systems, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to harvest data. Such conduct is an offence under the Cybercrimes Act 19 of 2020 and will be reported.
9. Intellectual property
The Vora name, wordmark, photography and site content belong to Vora Water and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our privacy & POPIA notice.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
